    Recover access to my account


    A former friend gained access to my account, and now he keeps login me out whenever I am playing. When he enters my email in his xbox, he access my account, no password asked. How can I keep this from happening?

    Account.live.com <= at the bottom right theres a "i cant access my account" option select that and recover your password.

    Changing your password should prevent his console from logging in automatically the next time he turns his console on.. support.xbox.com/.../manage-sign-in-preferences
    That is assuming he hasn't changed your password where you can't change it. Good Luck! Let us know.

    So are you telling me that it will be literally impossible for me to access my account on xbox.com, or change my xbox's security settings, or recover my account on another xbox 360 or possibly in the future transfer my account to an xbox one? As I've already
    stated, I do not care about recovering access to the microsoft account. I just want to regain control of my xbox live gamertag and all of the services associated with it.
