    Recore redownloading after pre-install


    I pre-installed Recore last week, all 9.3gb of it. Now that it has launched it's automatically redownloading it's self and I can't play. This is a problem as I don't have a super fast connection and the download both takes a while and I can't do much online
    while it's downloading as my connection gets used up completely by the download maxing it out. If this happens on Forza Horizon 3 I'm going to be rather upset as that is a massive install.

    Pre-Order bonus code not received

    So I pre-orderd Recore 11 days ago and still have not received the code for the banjo game. Did I misunderstand the time I get it (is it 10 days after I recore is released?) or is there another fault here? anybody else have this problem?

    As long as you bought it while you were signed into your account it'll show in your library and you can reinstall it.

    My PC copy of ReCore 1.0.426.2 crashes to desktop all of a sudden,

    Can't seem to edit my post above, so I'm replying to this thread.

    Btw, this issue on mine started when I pre-loaded my Windows 10 PC with Recore before release. Then on the release day, I boot up Recore before the day 1 patch got installed. It either quit immediately upon showing the application border, or like now, it
    quit after showing my Gamer Tag on the lower left screen of the game. Since then I am not able to play on a PC.

    I am able to play on the Xbox One fine. After many attempt to boot up Recore on the PC, the Xbox One version of the game complained about a corrupted save game was found and deleted it. Other than that one time event, game existing save game works fine on
    Xbox One.

    As Smwutches says, since your purchase was made digitally, it was not eligible for the "Pre-Order the Hottest Games" offer on the MyMissions page. That offer is only for physical purchases off the MicrosoftStore.com site.
