    Our son, Adam 28, has autism. He is high-functioning. He reads, writes and is very verbal. He LOVES video games & movies. He works
    hard to earn his money.

    On May 21, 2019 he bought Recore for the PC made by Microsoft. He brought it home and tried to play the game. He went to his dad and said there was a problem with the game. My husband spent the rest of that
    evening trying to install/repair/re-program the game. My husband/Adam’s Dad/Dan learned from many sources on the internet that while the game showed promise as an entertaining game, it had program flaws & errors.

    You can’t begin to and don’t want to imagine how this development crushed Adam’s world.
    He can’t understand why Microsoft hasn’t fixed the bugs and errors. We had to relive his constant lamentations for 2-3 days. No matter how we explained it to him or how often we said it, he could not put the matter behind him. He is still unhappy, however
    not quite as verbal & loud as he was.

    Can you help and send us the 'fix' for the problem with the game?

    Thank you for replying back. As the Ambassador has stated, this is a developer issue and you would need to get in contact with them. If you already have, then at this time you will have to try again to see if they can do anything for you in regards to
    in-game glitches.

    Missing 3 games

    Well, Battlefront 2 and Recore are showing up on my digital purchase history. Both in 2018. But they are not on my Xbox. Recore happens to be in my PC games library, because it is an Xbox exclusive and it goes to both systems. There is quite a vast majority of my digital games missing from the digital purchases link you posted. Not sure why.
