Lorsque que Recore est sorti j'avais tester la version d’évaluation, je viens de le téléchargé avec le Xbox game pass

or il m'est impossible de lancer le jeu j'obtiens le code d'erreur 0x803f9007 période d'essai arriver a expiration malgré mon abonnement game pass.

I'm a game pass subscriber. I've spent over 12 hours playing ReCore recently. ReCore is in Xbox Game Pass. I was just playing it and it suddenly kicked me out of the game and said my trial expired. In the Xbox store it says "trial
owned" for ReCore, but I should have access through game pass. In the Windows store, it says I own ReCore and doesn't mention a trial. I can't figure out how to get the game to play now on my Xbox.

I have the same issue, since yesterday I can not play ReCore, although I am the Xbox Game Pass subscriber and have been playing this game for a few days. Other games works fine.

 

I dont read french but I think this is the same issue I started to get tonight: I pay for Xbox Game Pass and have been playing the ReCore: Definitive Edition as recent as Sunday. When I now try to start it, I get the message in my face that "Your trial for
this game as expired. To keep playing, buy the game in the Store. (0x803f9007)" and when I press "See in Store" I just get the ReCore screen and no possibility to buy it, only "Play" which takes me back to the first message!! This is very frustrating as a
paying subscriber of both GamePass and Gold and something that never are supposed to be allowed to happen, and if it happens it has to be fixed immediately as you will be losing serious business by angering loyal customers. I am this close to cancel both Gold
and GamePass unless this is fixed ASAP or someone let me know a workaround! I have already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to no change. I suspect this has something to do with that I at the release time of ReCore did a trial installation and played the
first level and that has now come back right in my face!!

Please, if any responsible manager or employee of Microsoft read these forums, escalate the issue, and at least would you have the courtesy to show any message on the Xbox Live Status about this where this is not even mentioned!

Really sorry to hear about the ReCore issues! Our team is aware of some troubles with this and are working to clear it up, if you're still having issues by tomorrow please let us know so that we can best help out

 

Add me into the group where ReCore won't launch. I'm on an Xbox Game Pass 14 day trial (expires 9/29) and I was able to play ReCore for a while and now when I try to launch it then it asks me to insert the game disc or see it in the store in order to buy
it. I'm still able to play other games that I've downloaded from Xbox Game Pass.

 

Isn't working for me either.

Hi, yep not working for me either. Slightly disappointed as recore ( more to the point, knowing it was coming to gamespass) was the reason I GOT the games pass in the first place. Totally get these things happen but wouldnt mind an update before everyones gone
home for the weekend. Had planned to nerd it up hard over the weekend.
