Recore Definitive

When is it freezing when you go to far and its trying to load the next scene since its an open world maybe its having a issue loading the environment etc. I would make sure my machine is working good in terms of memory etc and if it is I would assume
its just that issue. Nothing has been reported as a major issue, but that doesnt mean its not there, Try resetting your machine if this is NOT your only issue. If it is just make sure the memory is working at peak performance. Alot of open worlds have some
issues on the xbox one. Some more than others but I don't think it would freeze all together maybe have a very millisecond delay and that's sometimes . So just do afew troubleshooting tech and see if that works

Thanks for your help. I have tried what you suggested and it plays until it reaches a certain point in the game then it freezes and boots me out

Try this:

Try Settings. Select All settings. Select System and then select Storage. Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage. Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)

If that not works try power cycle your console.

If that not works try reinstall the game.

I have done what you suggested but it still freezes at a specific point in the game then it boots me out?

I am playing other games without any problems.
