    So I start the trial download which seems like it took forever I started it late last night and today I notice it's done so I start playing the trial for maybe 10 minutes. I'm really liking it but I had to pause it to do something that took maybe 6 minutes
    at the most. This is supposed to be a 30 minute trial however it just a little over 20 minutes it ends when I unpause it and it's asking me to buy it for $40. This game at best is worth $19.99. No way am I dishing out more. Gamestop has a nerve to sell the
    used physical copy for only a few bucks less $37.99 for used. Very disappointed that Microsoft would be so petty and cheap. I think I'm gonna just get myself one of those nice PlayStation 4 bundles that are now on sale for $259.99 along with a fresh copy of
    the latest Drakes Fortune. I'm so turned off from Microsoft and its shoddy controllers that breakdown and bait and switch tactics to get you to buy sub par equipment. 30 min trial that goes 20 minutes then costs you $40.00 after it gets your attention. That's

    The offer specifically states that you have to preorder from microsoftstore.com so it's not a bait and switch tactic.

    The card can be removed as soon as the subscription it was used to pay for expires. I believe the reason involves avoiding 'reverse bait and switch (if there is such a thing)' tactics with credit card payments.

    Nice, so bait and switch. That would be why then. Because I do purchase MS Points regularly and had no idea they switched my setting on me. If those sort of tactics are legal, God help us. Thanks for that info Temhotabot. I think I'm about done with XBox
    and Microsoft in general after finding that stunt out.

    I think you should add that you will not be charged 'in certain scenarios' to this. Apparently, they can change your setting anytime they deem fit. Read my post labeled 'Auto-Renewal Trap' to avoid Bait and Switch tactics. I'm not a happy camper right now.
