    Recore and Bioshock promotion codes have not been received.


    I preordered Bioshock the collection on September 12th. I also preordered Recore on September 5th. Both games were released on the 13th of September. I preordered them during their 10$ code promotion. It has been 13 days and I still have not received those
    codes. I have checked every email associated with my Xbox account and my Xbox messages. I contacted support and after some heavy research, they sent me here. Any idea what is going on?

    Pre-Order bonus code not received

    So I pre-orderd Recore 11 days ago and still have not received the code for the banjo game. Did I misunderstand the time I get it (is it 10 days after I recore is released?) or is there another fault here? anybody else have this problem?

    Since the $10 gift code is an offer from microsoftstore.com, you'll need to contact their customer support for assistance.

    Keep in mind that if you're a Rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card. Those should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the games shipped.
