Recordings won't load

Discus and support Recordings won't load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My recent recordings from my Xbox are no longer loading in the app. This only started with the new update that occurred sometime in the last 5 days....     Recordings won't load


    My recent recordings from my Xbox are no longer loading in the app. This only started with the new update that occurred sometime in the last 5 days. Why is this happening, and is there any way I can fix it?

    Besides this, the app works pretty darn well.

    Microsoft bingo will not load, everything else works but the bingo.

    When I go to puzzles I can load the main screen but when I try to open my puzzles or daily challenge or custom puzzles it spins for a lengthy time and goes back to the home screen

    Sorry to hear about the GameDVR recordings not working on the iOS device. Are you able to view them on the Xbox One console or Windows 10 Xbox App without any issues? Are you using a beta version of iOS? What troubleshooting stpes have you tried?

    Strange achievement added to my account. Could you remove it please?

    So, are you indicating that having this load of blank achievements on my records will drag down my stats or won't? I don't quite get you. I understand that it won't change how the games I do own play, but part of the fun is seeing what my pals and I 'score'
    and I just want to know if leaving this on the record will become an albatross. Basically, whether it is worth the risk of contacting MS because they may cut me off for my trouble it seems.

    Just to be clear, when you choose "record" it will record the up to the point when you choose record. It won't start recording from that point on.

    I get errors. It won't record or publish or sometimes it will only record less than a second's worth of gameplay.

    The recorder in gamebar can only record the game when it's running. If you drop to the desktop, this won't be recorded.

    If you want to record the desktop you'll need a dedicated third party application.
