Recording system on Win 10 recorded audio and video are out of sync

Also make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store.

ya and at first it was only one of the games and now it is with alot of them. I just noticed that it was off by almost 30 secs tonight on one video!

I have the same issue. I noticed that sometime in the last few weeks, something happened that made the audio fall out of sync with the video. Originally the problem was a delayed audio not matching the video. I proceeded to call xbox support, who went through
some steps, removing persistent storage a couple of times, then removing my saved games. I was then asked to turn off my xbox by the power button, followed by unplugging it from the wall. This resulted in losing all sound completely...video with NO audio.
So, I was then advised to restore my xbox to its factory settings.

Although not overly happy with the idea of re-installing every game I had on my xbox and then all of the DLC, and syncing the save files, I really wanted this fixed and so proceeded to restore to factory settings. After waiting some time for a game to install
I jumped in and recorded a clip eager to see a result. Plus side is that I do actually have audio, but now the audio plays ahead of the video.

So be advised that although these methods have an effect, I haven't fixed mine yet!
