    I do love the recording feature on the new xboxone sytem. But since the update you cant watch videos in full screen..unless you edit them. Its also more difficult to snap the dvr app to record as you have to go in and out of the snapped app to start and
    stop recording and even the double tap for 30 second recording was better before. Really dont know why they changed all that as it was perfect the way it was. You cant even delete videos from your captures now : /

    Have you ever been prompted to do an update when doing a backwards compat update? Also, is it just these games?

    I have been waiting for this feature since Day 1. So glad backwards compat is coming.

    NFL Street was never made backward compatible and since they stopped doing updates for BC games a few years ago it never will be backward compatible.

    1. Yes. Since the game is backwards compatible it'll work on a Series X.

    2. Not all backwards compatible games have an enhanced update, but the Red Dead Redemption does.

    The last updates for backwards compatiblity came out in 2009. If your dashboard has updated at all since 2009, then you have the correct updates for backwards compatibility to work.

    Since it is a backwards compatible title, sometimes there are updates to the game specifically that apply towards the backwards compatible features. It might not be an update to the game itself. So if there was no news or details on updates from Rockstar
    than it might be a patch from Microsoft to better emulate the title on the Xbox One.

    Hi there,

    please double check if your Xbox One console is fully updated (and connected to Xbox Live) since this is a requirement to install a Backward compatible game.

    When using a disc the backward compatible game will still be downloaded from Xbox Live, since that is the backward compatible version (it will require the play disc to be inserted in order to play the game)

    Since you mentioned discs, please be sure to insert the correct one (when console is connected and is updated). that usually should trigger installation.
