Recording & Screenshot Issue With Overwatch

Hello, after installing Valorant and Vanguard anti-cheat, every time I try to take a screenshot using the PrtSc button, try to use Snip & Sketch (Windows Button + Shift + S) it just outputs a black screen, same thing happens when I use Windows Game Bar, it shows the cursor moving, game sound works perfectly but the video it just gives a black screen, I've also tried using Nivida GeForce Experience and it stops working when I join a game and gives me the "A supported game is required to use this feature" when I try to turn it on even though Overwatch is listed as a supported game on their website, thank you for your time.

Thanks, let's try another things first before doing a fresh install or upgrading to Windows 11.

1. Uninstall Game Bar:

Right-click on the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin) from the pop-up menu.

Copy and paste the following command in PowerShell and hit Enter to uninstall the Game Bar from your system.

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage

Now head over to Microsoft Store and search for Xbox Game Bar, install it and give it a new try.

2. Delete registry keys related to game bar:

Press Windows + R to open the RUN window, the type regedit and hit enter

Go to this path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR

**You need to click in the little arrow to expand the folder

Once there delete all the registry keys except (Default)

Restart your PC and give it a new try

Hey, I uninstalled the anti-cheat and nothing changed, I'm on Windows 10.
Could maybe a fresh install of the OS or upgrading to Windows 11 solve the issue? Since this is only occurring with Overwatch and everything else works fine

In order to isolate the issue a bit more, as soon as you installed the anti-cheat tool is where the problem started happening. Right?

Is this happening on Windows 11 or 10?

Do you not remember if maybe your Windows system received an update?

And, could you try disabling/uninstalling the anti-cheat software temporarily to see if the recording and screenshot feature starts to work?

The best way to keep those clips is, install the Xbox app on your laptop or pc. Then on your console go to your captures and upload them to one drive and upload them to live. Then go to the Xbox app on pc or laptop click on the captures and scroll through
what is live and download the clips to your pc or laptop in a file.
