    Recording not showing full clip


    Whenever i try recording a clip it records. But when i try to view said clip it shows 1-2 seconds of the clip then the video freezes. But i can still hear it playing on the frozen screen. Ive tried it on both 4k HDR and 1080p with the same result. Want
    to know if this is an Xbox(Interneral) problem or a Xbox live problem

    Is it the same game or have you tried recording different games? And what games are giving you issues?

    I only have 48 clips. Ive deleted a few the past hour and it still doesnt work. I have 335gb free all storage and 88 gb internal free. Ive logged in on a different account and its still the same issue

    Recording on a Internal Drive. Viewing it on my xbox. When trying uploading the 4k HDR to xbox live it just sits on uploading and doesnt move. This is a new development. Ive reset the console two times with no change. I recorded something 5 days ago with
    no problem.

    Do you have a large number of clips stored on your drive? Can you check how much free space you have?

    I would also recommend, if you want to keep your clips, backing them up externally, and then deleting older clips you no longer need and see if that helps resolve the situation.

    The next troubleshooting step I'd take would be to log in, or have a friend login, with a different Microsoft Account on that console to see if the other accounts recordings come out the same. That can identify if it's an account/profile issue or if it's
    a console/hardware/system issue.
