    Recording longer after broadcast got removed


    So I've been looking up how to record longer and all the videos and instructions I can find were before the broadcast feature got removed. The menu isn't the same anymore and I don't have the same options. Does anyone know how to record longer then 5 minutes?

    There aren't any aftermarket recording apps for the Xbox One. If you want to record longer than 5 mins, your only option, other than buying an external capture card, is to stream to Twitch and switch on "Archive Broadcasts" in your settings on the twitch.tv

    This exact same thing has been happening to me well that was until i got myself suspended from broadcasting to mixer but this literally started happening after the xbox updated no longer than a month ago maybe 🤬

    When I try and record what happened by pressing the “xbox button” and then “X”, instead my xbox records what happens.

    Hello,

    Xbox Clips feature are just record video/audio from current game, without your party voice chat. If you need to record video with party chat you can try to start broadcasting with Twitch (dont forget to record party chat in your broadcast settings), and
    then create clips from your past broadcast.
