Discus and support Recording isn't working Error: 2184327175 in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So gamebar was working fine as recently for me as early this morning, but when I booted it up today, it gave me the above error.     Recording isn't working Error: 2184327175


    So gamebar was working fine as recently for me as early this morning, but when I booted it up today, it gave me the above error. I've already checked the "Troubleshoot Game Bar on Windows 10" page and I didn't find anything helpful there. I'm using a laptop,
    and as I said earlier it was working fine up to this morning, I even still have all the captures I made before.

    Hi Dave,

    Thank you for coming to the forums, Id be happy to help.

    If it was working fine up until early this morning, what other apps or programs have you opened since then that could be affecting your graphics card? I recommend closing all apps you are using and to make it easier I recommend restarting your PC with a

    clean boot    .

    Also make sure Windows is up to date and your graphics card drivers are up to date.

    Try restarting your computer with a
    clean boot    , also check to make sure your windows is up to date and your graphics drivers

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with recordings on Windows 10

    If you haven't already, I recommend that you check out the
    Troubleshoot Xbox Game Bar on Windows 10     article and see if some of the techniques for provided there work for you.

    Additionally there in an article
    here     where Brandon J. Mayfield suggested this: "I experienced this issue while recording on a computer using a KVM and switching mouse
    and keyboard to another computer. This only occurred while I had "Capture mouse cursor in recordings" unchecked in Settings -> Gaming -> Game DVR. "

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!
