    Recording gameplay and clipping


    Hi

    Could any one help me please. I have had a problem for around the last 2 weeks where i cannot clip gameplay when pressing the ‘home button’ and then pressing ‘record previous gameplay’.

    I spoke with a Xbox Gamer on the help page however they said to factory restart the xbox and to troubleshoot the xbox however after succesfuly recording one clip it stopped working again. I have deleted old clips and have over 350gb of remaining storage.
    Screenshots are still working in game however not game recordings. I have also gone through alk my recording settings and they are all notmal. I don’t know what the problem is so if somone could help it would be appreciated. The only thing that changed in
    this time was my upgrade to the xbox Elite controller however i cant clip on my old controller.

    Thanks for replying i have tried everything and restarts dont solve anything. Anyone know anything else what to do. Can i get a call or email from a microsoft developer because this is very annoying now

    I have tried this so many times and after a 1 succesful clip it no longer works again, any other help?

    Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

    Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    My xbox is missing the record gameplay with game dvr option. I still can record clips but there's no option to save the clips that option is gone to? Tryed restoring but no joy. Even got the latest update.
