Recording Clips / Screenshots not working at All..

Hello,

The last few weeks (even prior to the new Xbox One Experience came out), I have not been able to record a game clip or take a screenshot in any game at all.

I navigate to the option, choose it, (I do not have a Kinect so I do not use voice commands), and do not receive the notification that the clip has been recorded. Initially I assumed it may just not be notifying me correctly, but when checking my screenshots/game
clips there are no new ones in the system.

I have of course tried to "hard reset" or "power reset", whatever they call it now (holding down the power button on the console for 5 seconds, and then unplugging the system for a few mins), I have tried resetting my network connection (though that should
have nothing to do with it), etc...

Really not sure what else I can do to resolve this issue... ideas?

Game clips not recording at all.

I've been having this issue for while now, I don't have my kinect anymore i'm not sure if this has anything to do with my clips not recording. Every time I double tap the white x button then press x to record the clip, nothing. It doesn't record at all,
I managed to record 2 clips about a week ago for the first time in about two month's. I would like to know if there's a fix for this an if so, then what do I do?

Game clips not recording at all.

This has happened to me and every time I try to record a game clip the box is dissapear and every time I look up how to fix it and I do what it say and it still does not work and it been like this for a few months and I also manage to record some clips but
I had to delete them all because I thought that would fix it but if you do find away txet me on xbox one. Gamer-tag

This is happening on xbox one, I used to record clips a lot, (before it stopped working) but I've never had a problem before whenever I'd get the notification before that it was recorded I'd hold the guide button during the notification to open it and it
would have a progress bar but now it says "check back soon! We're getting your clip ready" but I've recorded things many times while it's been broken like this the past few months and I have no clips available only my screenshots have shown up. (Screenshots
work like normal)

All my old clips shown up just fine.. I mean ive since deleted them all in an attempt to fix the issue but they were all there while recording new ones wasn't working.

I wish it was that simple but it hasn't been working for mouths now and I don't have instant on mode on anyway. I was actually playing with it a bit today and I got 2 clips recorded after going and pressing the record button and the screenshot button a bunch
of times. Screenshots don't work either

A couple of days ago when I was trying to record 4k, Xbox recorded the clip, but when I wanted to watch it the clip was ruined. Clip was 30 seconds and first 2 seconds there was motion and after 28 seconds it was static screenshot.
