    My Xbox will not automatically record and take screen shots and when I press the record button it doesn't record

    Try saying "Xbox take screenshot" or you can double-tap the Xbox button , and then press the Y button .

    I have been playing Xbox one for a few years now and for some reason ever since the cortana update, I cant record take screenshots or even broadcast. I checked my game DVR settings and they're all good. I hard reset my console, didn't work, I asked cortana
    to take a screenshot and she will say I can't take a screenshot now. Any help?

    Mines had the same issue since Sunday it seems. Power cycling the console didn't seem to fix it. When you double hit the home button does it even say the part about press X to capture, press Y to take a screen shot? Because mine doesn't even show that. And
    hitting X or Y anyway does nothing

    The best way to keep those clips is, install the Xbox app on your laptop or pc. Then on your console go to your captures and upload them to one drive and upload them to live. Then go to the Xbox app on pc or laptop click on the captures and scroll through
    what is live and download the clips to your pc or laptop in a file.

    Is there no way to re add them to my storage on Xbox? I'd love to keep them on my Xbox internally. I would put them on the OneDrive like you suggested but I have a ton of clips and screenshots so it took up that 5 gb's on OneDrive really fast so now there's
    no more space on there.
