    Recorded Captures Only Show 13 Seconds


    I've been having an issue the past month or so, maybe even longer as I didn't use the feature too often before now, where my recorded captures are only last 13 seconds and sometimes even less, under 10 seconds. I've changed and checked the capture settings
    numerous times. I have it currently set at 1 minute. The issue also only happens with Call of Duty Warzone. I tried NHL20 and my recorded capture was 1 minute, no problems. The only way it sometimes works on COD Warzone is if during the actual game I click
    on the capture settings and manually click again the 1 minute record time, before I record a capture. This is becoming very frustrating as you miss out on saving fun moments in the game. I've done a lot of research online and in the Xbox forums and I see a
    lot of people have the same issues but no fix. I've tried power cycling numerous times, I have more than enough memory, and nothing works. Xbox, can you please fix this issue! I would appreciate the help if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks!

    Voice commands are finally enabled in Ireland and New Zealand

    brandi when you say Xbox Record That it only records the last 30 seconds. However you can say xbox snap Game DVR and the select up to the last 5 minutes to be captured

    Ive tried playing around with the capture times as well and it still doesnt change. Right now i have it set to 45 seconds at 720 and it still only records 15 seconds

    Hello, I read your question, and I believe I understand your situation. The Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

    If you press the middle Xbox button and then press the select button you will see capture options that you can change. Some are 5 seconds and some go all the way up to 10 minutes.

    You may need an external harddrive in order to capture longer videos of 1080 content.
