    Record that problims


    My friend is havin a really annoying prob with his record that, he can get it workin when he says record that the notice dose come up but it doesn't record it and when it dose record it only records a second, dose anyone have a clue what's goin wrong because
    mine works fine.

    Hmmm this is a strange one

    only thing i can suggest is a reboot

    you can do this by holding down the power button for 5secs till the console powers down completely.

    if this don't help i would contact support.

    If he is playing on BF4, have him turn off the Kinect head tracking and leaning through the in-game menu under the Kinect tab. It's been known to glitch the DVR so it won't record or, if it does, it will record only a 1 second long clip.
