"record that" duration is stuck at 2 minutes and i cant change it

ill go into the settings to change it and click 30 seconds but it will still record all clips at 1:45
this happens with all options

Game DVR Trouble

The issue is the next one:

I've tried to record Forza Motorsport 6 Apex and i started the record as normal, i "record" the entire race of 5 minutes long, the recorder timer told me 5 minutes too, but when i save it, it just record 50 seconds, so i try again, and now 20 seconds, always
change how much it saves, but its always under 1 minute, the strange thing is the timer still count the record and my max. record setting is at 1 hour, help plz

Why does my Game DVR keep on recording 1 second or sometimes six seconds and sometimes it records nothing at all when I set it to record from two minutes or even five minutes? I hardly have any videos saved and since a month ago Game DVR hasn't been working
for me. It seems to work for others and I wonder why mine is broken. sometimes when I select a recording duration I get no notification and when I try again the notification shows. Thanks.

When you are able to let's try a
quick factory reset of the console then let us know if you are able to keep the changes of the recording lengths.

During this process please keep your games and apps installed when asked to do so.
