Record party chat for free without twitch

I’ve been wondering how to record party chat on Xbox without using hardware or twitch, is it possible?

If not, how else might i record conversations?

How to Record Game Chat on Xbox One
Before you start recording Xbox One game chat, you will need: The Microsoft Stereo Headset Adapter. One CTIA Y-cable and one stereo Y-cable. A 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo audio cable.

Hello,

Xbox Clips feature are just record video/audio from current game, without your party voice chat. If you need to record video with party chat you can try to start broadcasting with Twitch (dont forget to record party chat in your broadcast settings), and
then create clips from your past broadcast.

It's a shame that we can't record with the party voice chat... Is there a way to record without using Twitch? Because I can't broadcast due to my bad connection :/

There is no way currently to record party chat on Xbox.

There are work-arounds to record party chat and those include but are not limited to: third party recording software, streaming on Twitch or another streaming platform.
