Record of Transactions?

I show 17,000+ rewards points earned in the lifetime of my account, but don't remember ever using them to purchase something. I now show 0 points. Is there a way to view what I may have spent the points on?

Thank you for bringing this up. There are several possible reasons as to why you're unable to record games with sound using the Game DVR feature on your computer. Can you tell us when did you notice the issue? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried
so far?

In the meantime, I suggest that you check for any Windows Update needed on your computer to make sure that it's updated. Also, you may follow the troubleshooting steps provided on this
link to check if it helps.

As Smwutches' says, a record of your transactions can be found at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). Since Rewards deposits are a promotional currency, they are used first whenever you make a purchase using your
Microsoft Account as a payment method. Furthermore, as a promotional currency, Rewards Credits expire after one year of being deposited.
