    “Record” feature refuses to capture anything longer than 15 seconds


    I have my default set to 15 seconds for my own preference, but when I switched it to 30 seconds it would only capture the first 15 seconds.

    When I use the option to record longer clips, for example 2 minutes or 5 minutes, it inly captures 15 seconds.

    I have deleted all if my clips and started from scratch, and that hasn’t helped.

    Please advise.

    I don't even have any options for more than 30 seconds. I used to but not anymore.

    I have the exact same issue, the hard reset only fixes it for like 1 day then it just glitches refuses to clip anything. It's so annoying.

    Xbox disabled some features to help with the servers being overtaxed until the national quarantine is over. Maybe this has something to do with that. Are the clips saved locally longer than 30 seconds ?
