Reconsidering Xbox live ban

Hi, Enforcement team I have been recently received two messages to my Xbox inbox and linked me to the enforcement page the first message that I received linked me to the page and the page said I had no reports filed against me so I was a little confused
about this. the second message I received linked me to the page but with two reports filed against me and they said that I had been abusing people and harassing people with a punishment of no Xbox live for a few weeks I don't disagree with the reports I'm
not saying my account doesn't deserve it I haven't been on my account for a few weeks so I don't know what the account did that was bad but I have a feeling my family knows what happen so I'm asking you guys to reconsider the Xbox live ban and give me a communications
ban or an alternative punishment but I do accept the fact that something may have happened I just don't think that the punishment is suitable for the situation

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

Evolution Gaming should not be persecuted for a completely different communities actions. Situations like these should be handled on a case by case basis....we are respectable and abide by a set Code of Conduct, not only in our community but on Xbox Live
as well. Please reconsider banning these two letters in the Live community. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Perhaps you should reconsider paying for those things. It doesn't seem like you're getting the value you expect out of those purchases.

had 4 years online and Had over $1000 on it and i get banned for some avatar coloration come on really reconsider this. i Dont even have the urge to play xbox no more
