    "Reconnect controller"


    Bought a new controller (Wireless) due to the fact kept getting message "Reconnect controller" but constantly still getting same message which is somewhat frustrating whist playing a game. Any assistance would be gratefully accepted.

    Controller reconnect

    Connect your controller with a usb to your xbox to update it and then hard reset and resync your controller

    i get that same issues, and then i try to connect it using the kenict it pops up saying it disconnects

    Are you using rechargeable batteries, or standard batteries? Several people (including myself) have solved the controller connection issues by using regular AA batteries instead of the play and charge pack.

    you need to do a hard reset. turn off xbox one and unplug for 5 to 10 seconds then turn it on again i problem should not occur again for while but at least you can uses the controller again
