reconfigure Xbox One to a new Microsoft ID

I have given my Xbox One to my nephew. I had installed some games in it. Now he wants to configure the device to his own. will he be able to reconfigure the device to his own Microsoft account and still use the games which I installed on the device?

How will he be able to reconfigure his own Microsoft account, should he reset the device or there is another way without loosing all the installed games?

Switching Windows Live ID

After the Xbox One launches, I want to take my gamertag and move it to another Windows Live ID that I have. I understand that my Microsoft Account balance will not transfer over from my current Windows Live ID to my new one. However, if I make game purchases
with the funds from my current Windows Live ID and deplete my total funds, then switch my gamertag to my new Windows Live ID, will I still have access to those games that I purchased with those funds on my Xbox One? Also, will the Xbox Live Gold subscription
that I currently hold transfer to my new Windows Live ID when I move my gamertag from my current Windows Live ID to my new one? Thanks.

He just needs to sign into the console on his own account. If he doesn't have his own account, he will need to create one.

The LIVE ID that makes the purchase is the one that receives the license. Your gamertag is tied to the LIVE ID, but it is the Microsoft Account (formerly called Windows LIVE ID) that the purchases are made on. If you change the Microsoft Account address,
the licenses are transfered to your new one.

An xbox would be needed to do this. On an xbox you'll need download your profile and then go to system settings-account-account security-change Microsoft account, then add in your new Live ID as long as the new one is not attached to a gamer tag.
