    Recon Tech Controller Faulty


    So recently I bought a Recon Tech Controller for my PC. It worked well for a month or so but then I started to notice that the "A" button was sometimes not responding well.

    So my question is how do I claim warranty for the controller and get a replacement?

    Unable to update Controller with Stereo Adapter plugged in.

    I have the same problem. I chatted with tech support tonight, they said the adapter is faulty or the controller port is loose or faulty.

    Why does MS lower the price of the console but not the controllers

    If you look for sales on less popular models, can do well...

    But I got the Recon Tech and Patrol Tech ones, along with a used Elite controller. (Wanted to have four controllers in order to be able to host gaming parties. Mission accomplished.)
