    Recon 70 Gaming Headsett


    Only ten days old, the headset has started playing up - despite being plugged in properly to the controller, it is not working as the headphone icon is not activated in top RH corner on screen. There is no damage visible to either controller or headset.
    Any ideas?

    This may be silly but worth a try something simular happens to my phone as well i would try and clean the port where the headphone connects into as lint/debris may have gotten stuck and not allowing the jack to fully enter the controller
