Bonjour ,

Il y a 4 mois vous (Xbox) avez fait un partenariat avec foot locker (une marque de chaussure) !

J’ai acheté une paire chez eux est il mont passer 2 ticket avec un code qu’il fallait envoyer a un numero !

J’ai gagner un game pass (7 jours) mais pour récuper cette récompense il fallait rentrer des chose tel que le nom, le prénom et tout ça et surtout adresse e-mail ou me serait envoyer mon cadeau que jai gagner (7jour de game pass) sauf que le probleme cest
que je n’est jamais reçu cette e-mail avec ma récompense ! Cela serait pour savoir si vous pouvez m’aider a recuperer ma recompence !

You would want to contact Footlocker about this since they are the ones offering the promotion. Keep in mind that some codes can take up to 2 weeks. I would also check your spam folders to see if it's in there. It could also be coming as a message from
Xbox Live On your console too.

Sorry to hear it. Xbox does not ask for personal information for a gift code.
Usually they would send you to your Xbox Live Message Center.
You could check there just to be sure.
I would like to check the terms of the competition to see who to contact in the case of issues with the prize.
