Recommendations for sound

Really want to get some surround sound set-up for my Xbox One.

I'm debating whether to go for a Receiver + speakers, Home Cinema with 5.1 (though clearly don't need another BR player in the room), or just keep it quiet and opt for a decent headset.

Receiver + speakers seems to be the most expensive option. What set-ups have people got?

On the headset front, I've been looking at the Turtle Beach offerings of X07 or 420X. Anyone recommend either or similar?

A Recommendation for the SNAP feature.

Just wanted to put a recommendation for the snap feature on Xbox one. To have sound of the video game in you headset (ex.Turtle Beach), and the sound of the T.V. or the snap window on the T.V. speakers. So you can play your video game while your wife or
kids watch T.V. with out noise distraction. just a recommendation.

I use a receiver & speakers, for the immersion for everyone in the room, and it's great for your movies too (I use XBO Media Player A LOT). My setup is a few years old now (Onkyo TX-SR308 & Tannoy 5.1 speakers and subwoofer), but it still works great for
games/movies/TV... Nothing better than playing Dead Rising 3 on XBO with a surround sound setup, it's like being in The Walking Dead ;-).

The only downside for Media Player is, you have to switch the sound from Bitstream to 2-channel stereo for older stuff. We really need auto-switching for different sound options, because manual switching is a real pain.
