'Recommend a game to a friend' feature should be re-added

A game I've had my eye on for awhile now, 'Trouble Witches Neo!' was delisted sometime last year.

A lot of XBLA seem games have this issue with being delisted with little to no notification beforehand. I am not asking that the game be relisted but I found an old article that stated that delisted XBLA games wouldn't be gone forever and that you could
recommend a game to a friend and they could purchase it even if it was delisted:

"You can re-download titles you once owned, if you delete them, or you can buy them if a friend recommends them to you, Greenberg clarified, even if you can no longer purchase them via storefront browsing."

The fact that previous buyers can re-download games must mean that they're still on the servers so it's possible.

I've heard the NXE update removed this feature. This feature should be re-added in new update. This would satisfy those saddened by delisted games and increase sales for Microsoft.

Also, does anyone know why this particular game was delisted in the first place?

Gift a digital game to a friend. ADD THIS FEATURE!

They should add a feature purchase a new digital game for a friend and they will get a text message with a redeem code from Xbox. I own a game but cant buy a 2nd digital copy for a friend to play too. THIS NOT A TRANSFER OF DIGITAL OWNERSHIP OF A CURRENTLY
OWNED COPY.

Come on Xbox! Let create a community here. We can't to do without this feature.
