Hier nous avons fait le nécessaire pour l'abonnement soit payé directement par prélèvement sur notre compte. Il semble que cette opération n'ait pas été prise en compte par vos services ; nous avons reçu aujourd'hui encore une réclamation émise par "billing".

Que faire ?

Ah mon avis on doit pas être les seul..du coup auprès de qui on peut faire une réclamation car a mon avis ça vient du fichier en lui même.

Désolé de l'entendre. Tout d'abord, je voulais mentionner que vous n'êtes pas autorisé nommer et faire honte d'autres joueurs sur les forums.

En ce qui concerne les personnes qui menacent de vous signaler et vous avez suspendu. Si vous n'avez rien fait de mal alors vous n'avez rien craindre. Le PET étudie toutes les réclamations contre un autre gamertag avant de déposer une action coercitive.

As for people threatening to report you and have you suspended. If you have done nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about. The PET investigate all claims against another gamertag prior to laying an enforcement action on it.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a charge. Have you maybe purchased a subscription on another account? You can request a call from support for more assistance.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
