    Reckless Racing Ultimate fails to sign in upon start


    The game starts, but gives me an error when I try to sign in. In essence, it fails to recognize that I own the game and fails to retrieve my saved progress in the game.

    The game Reckless Racing Ultimate is not saved

    There are three ways you can find it. The easiest is to press the windows key to bring you to the Start menu and then just start typing "Reckless Racing" You can also hover over the right-hand side to bring up the charm bar. Choose Search, make sure Apps
    is highlighted below the Search bar and type in Reckless Racing.

    Let me know if you still can't find it and we'll try the other option (which is a bit trickier). Thanks! :)
