    ok so i have a xbox 360 idk the year sorry but i am in the middle of a move and i am staying in hotels for a month so i wanted to play my xbox. i packed up my hdmi cable cuz i am dumb so i was making do with the non hdmi thing that hooks in to the yellow
    red and white ports. but that broke so i went out and got another hdmi cable and hooked it up to the tv just fine. then i went to another hotel and i tryed to hook it up to another tv but was just getting a black screen. i switched tv and ports then i got
    another hdmi cable and another set of ports and tvs but no luck. i also tried all the power on and of tricks but nothing. oh and btw all the tv were sansui of differint sizes and all were 1080p.

    No tv at start-up

    Did that just today like you instructed. It worked twice on startup and the third time I got the no signal screen again.

    yea i did all of them and still nothing i am going to have it looked at by someone today and see if they fix it

    Regarding your concern, are you getting a blank black screen or a black screen with "No Signal"?

    this sounds like your reciver is getting mixed up with the signals and that is what it sounds like to me i would try to reset the reciver and callabrate the settings on that.
