    Recieving messages hours late


    I'm not sure where to post this, but this is a problem I've had for at least a day and a half. I need help with it.

    I'll get an invite or something, and all of a sudden I'll get a message or two from other friends or people in game late, like by an hour, 30 minutes, either way it's been annoying not recieving my messages on time and when I check my inbox, no new messages
    are there only the old ones I had.

    ive tried resetting my xbox when I'm done for the day, signing out then signing in, nothing helps. Please can someone tell me how to fix this? Or where to ask so it can be fixed

    I have been trying to get the one month trial and I keep recieving the error code 80070057. Along with the message: "Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later."

    I got thrown into noob tube servers before in Modern warefare but haven't recieved any boosting or 1600 ms poinst messages lately but I'm sure ounce MW3 releases the hacks will take over the game.
