    During this last week I have had this error pop up saying that there was a problem with my save games and that I need to clear them and restart. That's annoying already but it gets worse because it then causes my Xbox to crash and I have to reset it to
    factory default. Was there a recent update that caused this? I have seen multiple people post about this with no help as to why this keeps happening to people.

    I submitted a report, then removed my Xbox from the program and have reset it again. I will respond later if it goes well or continues as is.

    The error has popped up while playing several games including Duke Nukem Forever, Ghost Recon: Wildlands and Minecraft. When I am forced to reset the console I choose Remove Everything.
