Enforcement action for no reason?

I received a notice this morning that an enforcement action had been taken against my account. I didn't realize it until after the enforcement period was over, so I didn't get a chance to send it to review. Thing is, I literally haven't done anything on
xbox live in years other than netflix on my old 360, install the windows 10 app, and and add 2 people who are close friends (group of friends basically use xbl as a chat while they're gaming, I only have PC this gen). Not a big deal, just pointing out a possible
glitch, as I couldn't have done anything against tos when I haven't done anything at all.

I'm afraid you might be a bot, that won't change the fact that I'll eventually start a class action lawsuit against the enforcement team

 

deleting my reply won't make me want to file that lawsuit any less

 

they upheld their decision without a reply, I've never heard of anybody who got their appeal accepted, this is why somebody should legally stand up against the arrogant force known as the XBLPET, and since there's nobody else who's willing to do so, I'll
have to take matters into my own hands.

 

Well I'm sorry buddy but you can't file a class action lawsuit as when you signed up for Xbox LIVE, in little tiny print, there is, infact a section that states you are disallowed to sue Microsoft, you accepted it and now you need to hold to it.
