Recieved a replacement console and forgot my game disc in the console that i sent back

I am sure the service centre do fix other things , but why do you keep trying to make it sound impossible .

An engineer opens up a console , finds a far cry 4 disc and takes it to the office , who know who it belongs to as M/s cs have emailed them ....Is what Should have happened , but didn't

He hasnt had to cross the amazon , of fight a dozen ninja to get from his workstation to admin ...lolz

Engineer? My guess would be their workers are trained to do one thing and are probably paid slightly better than a GameStop employee. I can imagine a line were these products come by station one, get plugged into something, then sent over to the next station.

M/s know where the console was sent , it would be quite easy for m/s cs to email the service centre cs .

Lolz , just sticking up for the dude against a barage of initial posts rebuking him .

We all make mistakes , and I was disheartened at the usual bandwagon jumping of the forum regulars in support of m/s , and their policies .

 

again, most have pointed out they are not defending Microsoft. They are pointing out the OP's lack of understanding simple directions that even have rather large pictures on them.

 

The very crux of everyones posts IS the support of M/s policies ,and the op's error .

I am simply putting forward a counterpoint .

 

It's almost like they have gleeful support of MS's ability to steal from you simply because they made a disclaimer. Sigh... Yes, I think we understand the OP's error that has been stressed over and over ad nauseam. It still seems wrong, but it is what
it is.

Like I mentioned earlier, the disc is probably all scratched up from being left in the console during shipping. If M.S. did find his disc and it was scratched and unplayable, should they then send him out a new one? Because that is what the O.P. would be
asking for next.
