Recieved a 4 day suspension for gamer pic, picture is just me that's it

I've done this but it says they will reply in 7 days, I've purposely pre ordered the new COD as soon as it was available to play as soon as it came out today, not got home to this suspension over something not valid, I've never had any suspensions or warnings preciously for anything in the last 10 years. I'm absolutely fuming with Microsoft

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review.

So I have to wait out a 4 day suspension because I got reported for have a picture of frogs as my gamer picture?

No i have not recieved any gamer pic enforcement in the past, must just be a misfortune from my end, thanks for the info. Ill just try again in a few days time.

You may just need to give it time to update but also try this just to make sure....

1. Push the guide button

2. Move over all the way to the right and push A on "Profile".

3. Then push A on "Edit Profile"

4. Find the tab to change your gamer pic and push A

5. Make sure your "Public" and "Private" Gamer pic are the same picture.
