Recently when accessing my or my wife's login this and another game. The game won't accept us.

Does Neverwinter give you any particular error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000)? What exactly happens when you try to log into the game itself? A couple things you can try doing are >>removing
your Xbox Live account<< from your Xbox One console, holding down the power button for roughly 10 seconds, and then adding your account back. You can also try >>deleting<< the
game in question and reinstalling it to see if that helps.

Give those a shot and let us know how that goes.

So I'll try to clarify

I have a microsoft account Lets call it Admin.

I created a xbox account for son 1 using this admin account. So he is using my admin login for the xbox. (using my microsoft account)

My wife created another xbox account for son number 2. Lets call it Xbox2 (using her email as login details)

Recently I built a PC for the kids to use at home for school projects, research (microsoft office access) and maybe some gaming. I have now created a microsoft login for both sons under my microsoft account (Admin) lets call these accounts Fam1 and Fam2.

I want to know if it's possible to move or migrate all the info (game saves, Gamer tags etc) from Admin and Xbox2 to Fam1 and Fam2 respectively.

So my admin account won't be needed to login to the xbox and hopefully enable Son1 and Son2 to access the home PC and xbox under their own profiles that are still managed by my admin account.

We can play together, and it is set on my account. The problem is when my wife wants to host HER game on xbox. When she invites me i can only accept it via the xbox app. So when i accept i get logged in on the xbox app. And my profile gets logged in, so
my wife loses her game.

I've done cache clearing to death already, with no effect. Also, the same issue appears when I try to login to my son's account on xbox.com. It stuck on new terms of use and won't accept my credentials...

I have not tried resetting my password as there is nothing wrong with my login details. It simply wont accept even my email when i try to login. I CAN access microsoft store, microsoft windows account, xbox app, minecraft launcher with microsoft login. These work fine.

Minecraft.net and microsoft login website do not even accept even my email, as it refreshes the page when i click next.

I can sign into microsoft store app on windows PC. However, it does not require a password it requires windows PIN number. Microsoft store uses microsoft account settings to login, and PIN to verify user.
