Recently Transfer licence and didn't do nothing because of a error.

hello, i recently transfer licence on my mates account on to my xbox and it said "could not communicate xbox live services" after clicking licence transfer on my xbox, i pressed b for close because it told me to i went to licence transfer again and it said
i can't do it till 4/8/2015 and i went to check if the dlc was on "my account" but no only my dlc was but not my mates so i would like this to be fixed asap please. i am furious and would like to have this fixed otherwise i want my dlc on my account!

Licence Transfers

I recently updated my Xbox slim with the Gears Of War Xbox.I am not eligable to do a licence transfer until January.Is licence transfering important?As all the DLC I have re-downloaded is working fine.

my cars got stolen

Bit of a long shot here, but are they cars you have bought via DLC, and have you recently replaced your console? Some DLC is not always available until you use the licence transfer tool to transfer downloaded content licences to your new console etc.

License transfers are only meant to be used to transfer your own licenses in the event that you get a new console. What you're doing can be considered marketplace theft and can get both of you banned.

oh right i didn't know very sorry i got told by one of the members on the contact us that i can ask my friend if i can licence transfer but he is living with me so he wanted to licence transfer? but it didn't work? please help

If your console was recently repaired or if you’ve purchased a new console, use the licence transfer option on your console to transfer content licences. Here's how:

1.On your console, sign in to Xbox Live using the gamertag that you used to purchase the content.

2.Go to Settings and select Account.

3.Go to Your Billing Options and select Licence Transfer.

4.Follow the instructions to transfer the content licences.

5.After the licences have been transferred, you need to download the content again to update the local licences. For information about how to do this, see Download content that you’ve previously purchased.

After you have followed these steps, content can be used by other profiles on your console and when you’re not connected to Xbox Live.

it's like the licences are gone. i cant find anything for either of the games. i tried a licence transfer to refresh the list but still nothing.
