Recently renewed my gold

After I recently renewed my to gold I was silver for maybe 2 months. After I renewed my subscription I noticed my games all had issues when starting them up. My profile was deleted from NHL 15 and it wont let me create a new one. My NBA 2k15 progress is
all gone and I have a few other games that don't even load up. I was wondering what could cause this type of issue. I hope I'm not the only one

Missing rewards credits

My Xbox Live Gold account was automatically renewed recently but I haven't received tha 3000 credits yet......

I recently renewed my xbox live gold membership and it hasn't shown up on my rewards page...any idea why?

Hi there, it does sound a bit weird because all save data is backed up to the cloud automatically, when looking through 'My games and Apps' select one of the games with the issue, can you still see your save data there?

If you can, try deleting the save data there and restarting the game, make sure to select 'yes' when it asks if you want to sync data as they will retrieve your saves from the cloud.

I also thought I might mention giving the console a quick physical power cycle, if you haven't already:

No, I renewed my Gold subscription very recently

I tried to cancel the auto renewal, but I still received a email that said my account had been renewed for 1 month of Gold.

When I log into my Microsoft account on the computer is shows a recent order of Gold - 1 month on 12/10/15 with my credit card number.

Can this get activated? Or was it in fact cancelled?

brad, as much as I appreciate your help, it did not work, after I tried it I tried to start a party and it brought me to a page asking me to buy either game pass ultimate or gold, and I know this is not a problem with my gold, as I annually renew it and
it was very recently renewed.

You do qualify for Rewards points for making LIVE Gold renewals, but I believe that is 200 points for a 12 month renewal. There was a promotion for 600 MSP for renewing Gold. May I ask, how did you renew recently? Let me know and I'll have a better idea
of what promotion you qualified for. Thanks!
