Recently purchased Xbox 1 X with fallen 16 but i want to return the game.

I recently purchased a Xbox 1 x for my 9 year old son.

The only option was to get the Xbox 1 with Fallen 16.

I do not want my son playing Fallen 16.

Is there a way to return the game or trade for another game?

Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments (Xbox One) is available March 1-31.

Lords of the Fallen (Xbox One) will be available March 16-April 15.

Supreme Commander 2 (Xbox 360/Backwards Compatible) is available March 1-15.

Borderlands (Xbox 360/Backwards Compatible) will be available March 16-31.

 

Accidently deleted Fifa 16

I recently purchased a Fifa 16 Xbox one, pre-owned. They game me the card that had the code for Fifa 16, but it says already redeemed! How can I recover the game??

 

unfortunately it's not possible to trade or change a game that comes with the console.

 

You would have to try contacting the retailer you purchased it from for an exchange, but since it was part of a bundle you will most likely have to exchange the whole bundle.

 

Please check if some local store has a trade in offer. Microsoft won't take it back.

Most likely the game is a digital code and not a physical disc. Your best bet would be to try the secondary market to sell it.

 

As previously mentioned you would have to go back to the retailer for further support on this matter. Microsoft wouldn't be able to exchange the game for you.
