recently played games list stuck- HELP!!!!

Since I downloaded "Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag" my list of recently played games stopped updating. After Hard resetting my console, now it updates my most recently achievement earned games but ACIV is still stuck as the first one every
time i get an achievement the list updates behind it.

I thought about earning an easy achievement in ACIV to see if it may refresh everything but the case is that I just downloaded it because of the Gold Offer and probably won't play it as I am sick of doing things in this game because I already got 100% on
my friend's 360.

Powering down the console and unplugging it for 2 minutes would clear your cache.

I haven't had the problem you describe. If you load the Settings App again, do you see two Settings Apps showing as recently played?

Has anyone else got an issue with apps that just get stuck on the home screen?

My settings app and destiny are forever at the front of my recently played. The other 2 slots work as normal and when I swap from say Halo to Friends, halo will go straight to the 3rd slot. I've tried opening destiny and quitting in numerous different ways,
and unpinning the game. my next step is to delete and re-download it. But I can't do that for the settings app!

Am I the only one having this issue? Is there a way to reset your xbox's cache or something? I've tried the 10 sec restart thing and unplugging from wall.

It's been like this for over a month now.
