Recently played games list does not update

I tried your proposition but it didn't work, the game don't appear in my recently played list but i found using game bar that my time at portia doesn't have achievements on xbox unlike on steam. Before this game, i played octopath traveler and it had appeared in my recently played maybe this problem is only for my time at portia idk.

Kindly repair the Xbox app as well as the game by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the Xbox App and the game one by one > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart your PC.

Also, if you can check other games that would be great so we can isolate the issue.

Someone that actually does the job and doesn't say "towers are under maintenance in your area."

1. Sign in at Xbox.com.

2. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Xbox profile > Achievements.

3. Select the title of the achievement that you're trying to unlock.

4. If the achievement appears under Achievements, it's already unlocked.

If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console hasn’t synchronised with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronisation to take place. If it hasn't appeared after 72 hours, try unlocking the achievement again.

If you look at the game product page on the Xbox app, you will find under capabilities, achievements and Xbox Live support are not supported (it would show if they were). Only the Xbox version supports achievements, and Xbox Live support. That is why the game does not show in your recently played games list.
