Recently played game that I don't have?

So recently I noticed when on my computer that my XBOX game bar would send me notification saying I was searching for parties on PUBG...I don't have that game installed and am thinking I may have installed it at one time but I can't seem to find any evidence
of ever playing it in my account and then this evening, when opening the Game Bar I noticed that it said I recently played the game an hour ago?!

Nothing else seems off so I am not sure if I should consider my account hacked...I have also changed my password recently.

Has anyone had this problem before? If so, who do I need to contact to get this issue fixed?

Are you sharing your PC with someone else in your family, or sharing your account? If not, then please change your password ASAP.

I would change your password, just to be on the safe side, and possibly turn on 2 step verification, or use the authenticator app.

It may be a bug, but it's best to air on the side of caution.

As CrazY suggested, perform a power cycle. If it does not work, some data may be corrupted, so try deleting your profile from the console and re-download it again.

try power cycling your console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

I enjoy XBOX ONE. If you don't like it, then don't play it. So you play XBOX 360 all the time and yet you have no recent games listed, huh.
