    Recently Need to Verify Account Monthly


    Hello everyone,

    For the past few months, right around the beginning of the month, I've had to go online to unblock the usual account I use with my Xbox. When I turn on the console I am signed out, so I know it's going to happen as I'm automatically signed in when the console
    boots. When I do go online, it says the account is temporarily suspended as some activity in violation of terms of service has been detected.

    However, after sending a code to my phone, it is always unblocked immediately. Although this is nice as it is not a big hassle, I am concerned that one of these times that may not be the case. This account is associated with a lot of games and other things
    from Microsoft Store.

    When I review recent activity, there is nothing suspicious there. There are no unusual purchases or logins or anything like that.

    The account is for playing games, using apps you can get from the Store, and making game or other purchases right from the Store. That's all this account does, and there hasn't been any change in that activity month-to-month since this all started or before.

    I wouldn't be too concerned if I knew it was just a slightly inconvenient code input each month, but I know that some of these suspensions are much more complicated to resolve, and I don't want this account to become one. It doesn't seem like anything more
    than an error, because the account is unblocked immediately upon entering the code sent and everything is fine for the whole month afterward.

    I just wanted to ask here if anyone had any similar experiences with this or thoughts on the issue in general.

    Most likely Game Pass Ultimate and it's a monthly subscription. You can check http://account.microsoft.com for any recent transactions and subscriptions on your account.

    As you have setup your account to buy a 3month access for 9.99 your account will extend with that amount aswell.

    If you want a monthly fee you need to end the current subscription and add a monthly instead.
