Recently my account got hacked

earlier today I gave my friend my account to use, he's a long distance xbox friend, which I should have never trusted. But he tried to change my password which he failed at, and I changed all my stuff before he did. Now the problem is, my account is still
on his xbox one, and he put it as "My Home Xbox" Now I tried telling him change it and he didn't, so i tried myself to put my account as my Home xbox, but it said I can't because only one console can have it, Now I want this fixed ASAP, because Im not paying
Gold for two people because I know if I pay gold for my account or download games on my account he has access to all of it because my account is on His Xbox home, Please someone help

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

It says 360 only, but it may lock him out of the One.

Just to confirm: did you change your password? Last time I tried this, that on its own was enough to force a One to ask for the new password the next time I signed in. That should be enough to regain access yourself, at which point you may be able to change
your Home Xbox to your own.

Now, if it is not, you should contact Phone Support and get them to look into this:

support.xbox.com/contact-us

If you can verify to them account ownership and such they may be able to grant you permission to change Home Xbox, otherwise you will need to wait three months during which time you will need to always be connected to Live in order to play downloaded games.

Yes I know they did that so the hacker won’t get into the account but is there anyway for me to get my account back?

Hello Humma, if you've been in contact with Xbox support and they've told you that they won't be able to restore your account it's because unfortunately it won't be possible, in cases like them they block the account so that the person who hacked it doesn't have access.

As for the phone number for support, the contact route is the same as you used before.
