Recently can't connect to XBL wirelessly, but can if hardwired

Within the past week, I haven't been able to wirelessly connect to xbox live. My xbox one can detect and allegedly connect to the wireless network, but it says "service info is unavailalbe" when I go into the network settings. If I run an ethernet cable
from my router to the xbox one, everything works fine. All other wireless devices I own can connect to my network. I've already tried resetting the router, hard resetting the xbox one, as well as power cycling the xbox one. Any ideas on what's going on?

Multiple xbox's on home network

I have two xbox's connected wirelessly and one hardwired to the same router and they can't seem to all be connected (or even two at a time) at the same time. There is also a laptop that connects wirelessly and one pc connected too. Is there a way to set
it up so that more than one xbox can be connected to xbox live at the same time?

]From the sound of it, it does indeed sounds like your wireless hardware in the console needs fixing!

Unfortunately there is not much troubleshooting for this, as you have already confirmed your other devices connect fine, and your console only connects via a cable.

You can go to myservice.xbox.com and start a repair order of your console, or call up customer support and get help with this.

Subsequent to my post, I moved the xbox to a temporary location and connected it hardwire and the xbox connected to the Actiontec V1000H via ethernet cable with no issues. Now just to figure out why I can't do it wirelessly.

Hello again; I was trying to use both TVersity and WMP for streaming. My PC could see the Xbox in the network map but it wouldn't show up on the streaming options. The Xbox could see neither the PC nor the laptop.

I don't remember which post it was in but someone had suggested keeping everything connected the same way to the router (such as all devices connected wirelessly or hardwired to the router.) My PC and laptop were connected wirelessly and the Xbox was hardwired
into the router. I disconnected the network cable so the Xbox connected via wireless and it seemed to help a bit. The Xbox can see the PC, laptop, and TVersity server. It still can't stream directly from the PC but if I point it to the TVersity option, I can
play music, vids, etc.

Seems that something got borked when the console updated that doesn't let it see other devices if they aren't connected the same way it is.

Is there a way to add a device back to the streaming options on the PC? The Xbox doesn't show up anymore so I can't allow access to it as I removed it by accident when I was trying to solve this issue.

This game was problematic when I had my modem downstairs and was connected wirelessly. Well it runs better now that the modem is upstairs and I'm hardwired. But the occasional getting booted gets old, especially when you're playing with a friend and it
takes ages to start a game up again.
