    recently been banned for communication, however it does not let me play online games, which i think is unnecessary as i am unable to talk or communicate with anyone when doing so. Also i have heard people still able to play the online game whilst having
    a ban as they are not communicating with anyone anyway.

    Getting suspension lifted

    Recently been suspended on Xbox live for communications I've been banned for a day and learnt my lesson but now I've been banned for a week with no reason what so ever. Can someone help me as this is unfair towards people who have been falsely accused.

    i have been banned for communication for the second time and cant create a case review

    I have been recently banned for communication for the second time and can't create a case review I need help to create a case review because I'm sure I have been banned for defending myself. If anyone can help me that would be appreciated

    Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

    You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

    Yes you can play games while have only a communications ban but there is a small catch on some games. If the game requires communications the a Comm Ban will prevent you from playing that game.

    Recent Communication ban

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. To submit a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. Use of profanity,
    no matter if you think It's mild, violates the code of conduct. In situations like that, It's best to just report the other player and block communications with them.
